First of all,  we would like to introduce ourselves to you, as a company which specialises in renting out apartments, bungalows and villas in the Costa Blanca.

Nuevhogar Arrendamientos y Servicios Turisticos, S.L. is the last company funded in July 1995, of a business group  formed as  Nueva Urbanizadora, S.A.  which was created in 1969 and it is dedicated to the promotion of new buildings, bungalow complex, etc.

This company which started its activities in Madrid, and expanded towards Benidorm around 1979 from which this company has built several blocks of apartments in Benidorm such as Casa Las Flores, Edificio Primavera,  Edificio Saladar,  Torre Gerona, Urbanizaciòn Torretamar, Edificio Albero, Torre Ipanema, Torre San Diego. In Altea Edificio Igüasu, Balcón de Altea and actually two more buildings in promotion,  named
Cau and Redó.  And finally,  Pintor Ribera in Albir Beach ( Alfaz del Pì )  at only 5 kms. from Benidorm.

A second company called Nuevhogar Inversiones Financieras e Inmobiliarias, S.L. This 2nd. Company was born in December 1992 dedicated to buy properties, such as small commercial businesses, garages, and long lease apartments in Madrid.

A 3rd company is, Nuevhogar Consulting Inmobiliario, S.L. This one  is dedicated mainly as an estate agency  which started out under the name of " FINCAS LEVANTE " in 1986 and is now named as above.

Finally  Nuevhogar Arrendamientos y Servicios Turísticos, S.L.  in the autumn of 1995 Mr. Manuel Pèrez  joined this  new company as Commercial Manager,  he contacted several Tour Operators, Travel Agencies, etc.  and starting with 18 apartments  in 1996 that belonging to the Group Nuevhoar quickly grew to a number of 136 apartments continuing to rise till the beginning of 1997, we had a total of  963  beds altogether.

In 1998 Nuevhoar opened its brand new offices in Benidorm, to give a better service to its clients, Travel Agencies, Tour Operators and local Agents, etc.
At the moment, Nuevhoar Arrendamientos has now 27 employees, and some of our big companies are, Nekerman,  Fit, Holland International, Boosten, Van Ham Rezier, Detours, Unijet, First Choice, Haga Reiser, Solgrupen, Halcon Viajes, Travel mar, Marsol, Dias libres, Nogal Tours, Marsans, Etc.

At the moment we are managing 238 apartments of one, two and three bedrooms, making a total of   1.006  beds,  in Benidorm and Albir beach.
