Description: Apartments ACUARIUM - II *** Levante beach Benidorm Apartments consist of: One bedroom with twin beds, dining room with sofa bed, sleeps two people, kitchenette, full bathroom and terrace. ( studios do not have a bedroom but a sofa bed in dining room, sleeps up to two people). Communal zones: Open air swimming pool for adults and children, only in Summer, solarium, two Tennis courts. Location: Situated in the Rincón de Loix, 650 metres from the sandy Levante beach and approx. 20 minutes walk to the centre, surrounded by cafeterías, supermarket, restaurants, and bus stop at only a couple of minutes walk. Optional: Safety deposits boxes, cots, and satelite TV. Price includes: Full cleaning on departure of apartments, weekly change of linen ( sheets and towels ) plus one extra change of towels during the week, electricity, water and maintenance. When collecting the apartment keys, guests will be required to pay 200 € deposit. Which will be refunded at the end of their stay once the propeerty has been checked that there is no damage or missing items. Prices are per apartment per night, including V.A.T. Reservations: 25% of the total amount of the holiday period must be paid. The rest of the amount will be paid when receiving the keys for the apartment.
Keys Collection: NUEVHOGAR office: Avenue Juan Fuster Zaragoza, 3 underneath of Acuarium II building
Monday to Friday from 09.30 to 19.30 hrs and Saturdays 09.00 to 14.00 hrs.
Outside of above hours: Apartments Evamar Calle Almirante Bernat de Sarriá, 8 corner with Avda. Juan Fuster Zaragoza.
On arrival you must pay a 200 euro refundable deposit + remaining balance.
Anticipated Departures:If you leave the apartment before the period booked Nuevhogar will not refunded any money once the apartment has been occupied.
Occupying and Vacation of the Apartment:The legal time to occupy the apartment will be from 17.00 hrs. On the departure day you must vacated the apartment at 10.00 o’clock.
Cleaning of the Apartment:On arrival, the apartment has been checked, cleaned and ready for your use.
